Before I write a word, I sit down with your family — or speak by phone if time is short — to hear about your loved one. Who they were. How they lived. What their faith meant to them. That conversation shapes everything that follows.

The service is personal, not generic.

I will speak your loved one's name, tell their story, and anchor the entire service in the hope that only Christ can give. Scripture will be chosen with your family in mind — not pulled from a template.

I follow up.

Grief doesn't end when the guests go home. I reach back out to every family I serve because your care doesn't stop at the graveside.

A pastor who has been there — more than 2,000 times.

I have been an ordained pastor for over 30 years and have served as a funeral pastor for more than 2,000 Christian funeral and memorial services for families throughout Central Florida. I have served families of every background and denomination — lifelong churchgoers and families finding their way back to faith in a moment of loss.

I am not employed by a funeral home. I work for your family. My only goal is to give your loved one a service that is worthy of the life they lived and the God they trusted.

I have deep, long-standing relationships with funeral directors throughout Greater Orlando, and I am available on short notice for both graveside services and chapel services. If you need a pastor for a funeral in Orlando, I am ready to help.

Yes, absolutely. Many families who contact me are simply looking for a pastor for a funeral or memorial service and are not sure where to turn. You do not need to be part of a congregation or have a prior relationship with a pastor. Do you only serve families with a church home?

Not at all. Many of the families I serve have been between churches, are new to Orlando, or simply haven't found the right fit. If faith is part of your family's life — even quietly — I can lead a service that reflects that honestly and with dignity.

How far in advance do I need to reach out?

As early as possible is always helpful, but I understand that loss doesn't follow a schedule. I am available on short notice and will do everything I can to serve your family in the time you have.

What is included in a service with you?

Every service includes a personal conversation with your family, a fully customized message built around your loved one's life and faith, Scripture selected with your family in mind, prayer, and a follow-up call after the service. Nothing is templated.

Do you work with all funeral homes?

Yes. I have long-standing relationships with funeral directors throughout Greater Orlando, and I am experienced working within the logistics of any funeral home or cemetery. Your family chooses the funeral home — I work alongside them.

What does it cost?

I am happy to discuss fees when you reach out. Every situation is a little different, and my goal is always to make sure cost is never a barrier to a meaningful service for your loved one.

Do you travel outside Orlando?

I serve all of Greater Orlando and Central Florida. Travel beyond a reasonable radius may include a small travel fee — just ask when you reach out.
